Terms and Conditions 

1. Booking and Confirmation:

   - All bookings are subject to availability.

   - A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure the date.

   - Final confirmation and payment details must be provided 2days/48hrs prior to the event.

2. Menu Selection and Changes:

   - Menu selections must be finalized 3days/72 hrs  before the event.

   - Changes to the menu may be accommodated up to 3days/72hrs prior to the event, subject to approval and potential cost adjustments.

3. Pricing and Payment:

   - Prices are based on the agreed-upon menu and guest count, labor, transportation, & equipment.

   - Full payment is due 2days/48hrs before the event.

   - Additional charges may apply for extra services or last-minute changes.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   - cancellations after booking ,50% of the money retained,  the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

   - Cancellations made within less than 3days/72hrs of the event will incur a fee equal to 50% deposit of the total invoice.

5. Guest Count and Final Details:

   - A final guest count must be provided 3days/72hrs prior to the event for necessary adjustments. 

   - Any increase in guest count  of the event  incur additional charges.

6. Event Logistics:

   - The client is responsible for providing a suitable and safe venue for catering services.

   - Adequate facilities for food preparation and service must be available at the venue.

   - Any delays or disruptions beyond the caterer’s control may impact service and are not the responsibility of the Femalexx kitchen.

7. **Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:**

   - The client must provide information about guests’ allergies and dietary restrictions at least 3days/72hrs before the event.

   - While every effort will be made to accommodate special dietary needs, The Femalexx kitchen cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

8. liabilities 

The Femalexx kitchen is not liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents that occur during the event.

   - The client is responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damages to property caused by them.

9. **Force Majeure:**

   The femalexx Kitchen is not liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.

10. **Governing Law:**

    - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of [law jurisdiction].

By proceeding with the booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
